I AM NOT FLEXIBLE - CAN I STILL DO YOGA?
You don't have to be flexible to do Yoga. There are many different expressions of common poses, so come as you are. Its important to let go of this misconception because Yoga is truly for everyone.
HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK SHOULD I HAVE A CLASS
This is entirely up to you, and what you need. some students enjoy weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly - YOU get to choose.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE ?
Its helpful to be in some comfortable clothing, as well as having a water bottle near by. Otherwise I supply all that you'll need for your yoga class - this includes yoga blocks, yoga straps, as well as yoga mats.
IS YOGA JUST THE POSES?

IS YOGA A RELIGION?
Yoga does not adhere to any particular religion or belief system - it has always been approached as a set knowledge for inner wellbeing.
This practice doesn't have religious connotation, but it does have a spiritual essence. Anyone who practices yoga can reap its benefits, irrespective of your faith, ethnicity or culture.
YOGA IS TOO HARD
This is a common statement I come by constantly - and I can understand why.
The yoga I offer is completely tailored to you - that means you get to chose the makeup of the class, its intensity, and so on.
